OMG--Jacquelin... I am in love with your work. You have so much talent I am really speechless to express it. This one is so warm and friendly. Your profile says little. I hope you are doing well with your wonderful art.

Artist's Description

Miss Mouse is sewing with love, a gift of a raccoon doll for her friend, Rene Raccoon, as a Christmas present. Hanging on the wall is one of her creations, a patchwork quilt.

About Jacquelin L Westerman

Jacquelin L Westerman

Art is fun and has always been a passion for me. I began drawing seriously in my teens. In my twenties I began painting in oils and then learned watercolors in my thirties. In my forties I learned how to paint with gouache, and in my fifties taught myself colored pencils, then later on mastered acrylics. I've discovered for myself that painting miniatures (baseball card sizes ACEO's) are very successful for me. In between all of that I worked as a graphic designer/illustrator and and used Photoshop, Illustrator, and a number of other programs to create artwork. In the early 2000's I attended college where I learned 3D animation but my first love is using the paintbrush.
